This year, once again all the staff of companies based in OpernTurm were invited to enjoy a great Christmas event on the forecourt: It took as its motto “Light & Joy” – and on 14 and 15 December a great wintery get-together was hosted, complete with mulled wine, honey products, and a curling track.
Under the pleasant glow of illuminated pine trees and huts, countless staff members from OpernTurm relaxed on the forecourt after work and got in the mood for the coming holiday season.
Whether a curling contest with colleagues or a team curling challenge against staff from a company next door, the OpernTurm employees evidently had a lot of fun trying their skills with the stones on the curling track.
And sports went hand in glove with red or white mulled wine and non-alcoholic punch, straight from the winemakers at Weingut Allendorf in the Rheingau. Imkerei Saffian had on offer not only the original OpernTurm honey from the summer-blossom harvest, but also other handmade honey specialities, not to mention many other useful and beautiful products made from bee’s wax.
