The best moments of the day often start with a cup of good coffee. Following their visit last year, the 46PLUS team is this month once again taking up position on the OpernTurm forecourt and serving super-tasty coffee creations from their Espressomobil that will bring joy to the hearts of the staff.
Tenant Allen & Overy joined up with OpernTurm to invite everyone to spend a relaxing coffee break with the young people from 46PLUS whose charm and barista skills have this year once again delighted the OpernTurm staff. For a few hours, the stylish Piaggio Porter with its mobile espresso bar functioned as the meeting point on the OpernTurm forecourt, where it was frequented by countless coffee lovers.
An initiative that creates spaces for new encounters
The 46PLUS Initiative passionately campaigns for the inclusion of children and young people with trisomy 21. The Stuttgart-based charity provides all manner of information on Down Syndrome and helps overcome people’s reservations. Wherever it stops, the Espressomobil with its joyful Baristas creates an open space for new encounters. Taking as their motto “Coffee & Smiles”, the Baristas lovingly prepare classical Italian coffee specialities, tea, or hot chocolate to serve to allcomers.
The 46PLUS Espressomobil is often on the road and has emerged as a real highlight at events and parties. We’re most grateful to Allen & Overy for this year once again giving us the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful coffee break with the Coffee & Smiles team! See you again soon!
